In accordance with paragraph 5 of article 76, the Declaration is subject to examination by a certified organization that gives the right to develop a Declaration.
Examination of the Declaration of industrial safety is carried out in order to establish:
compliance of completeness and reliability of the information provided in the Declaration with the requirements of industrial safety;
validity of the results of accident risk analysis at a hazardous production facility, set out in the Declaration;
sufficiency of developed and / or implemented measures to ensure industrial safety requirements.
